The mission of the said company is to provide improved overseas voice and data bandwidth to all the important places within affordable prices so that the people of Bangladesh can get full benefit of all the IT related services.

The Vision of the BSCCL is to achieve harmonious growth of required bandwidth in the country so that we can attain a "Digital Bangladesh" by the year 2021. For this BSCCL has to flourish as a viable company and can meet the increasing demand of IT requirements as well as can bridge the gap of Digital Divide.

::	Provide wide range of bandwidth by using optical fiber connectivity at a cheaper cost that the VSAT providers.
::	Intorducing triple play communication facility comprising data, voice and video.
::	Ensuring high quality international traffic handling at a lower cost.
::	Attract the foreign investors for establishing ICT resources and server networks.
